Latin America is a vast region made out of 20 different countries and 14 territories in the south of the American continent. This region has one of the richest cultural history in the world, that was marked by the customs and life-styles of the many indigenous tribes that inhabited its lands, and the European invasion alongside black slavery. Today in Latin America, cultures are diverse but very much influenced by Hispanic and Portuguese customs. Latin Americans are very open-minded, friendly and welcoming people, known for their hospitality and happiness.
