BNR Business News Radio of Paris 2024

Just back from 10 exhilarating days at the Paris Olympics, TRANSFER’s CEO Gerald Baal was asked by BNR Zakendoen earlier this week to share his experiences with large-scale sports events live in the studio.

Not so much to share that he and his girlfriend and together with his 83-year-old mother had the pleasure of shouting Sifan Hassan, Femke Bol, Harrie Lavreysen, India, Sharon van Rouwendaal, Marianne Vos, Worthy de Jong, Wesley Koolhof/Demi Schuurs, but also legendary Olympiers like Simone Biles, Teddy Riner, Leon Marchand, and  Mijaín López, to a medal.

Dressed in his orange TeamNL polo shirt, our CEO shed light on WHY and HOW you can become a supplier to this kind of large-scale sporting event. Gerald also shared how companies can structurally benefit from this, based on 25 years of experience.

This time not with Thomas van Zijl, but with Edwin Mooibroek as host.
