Your responsibilities

  • Cross-border business development and commercial activities focussed on prospecting and increasing revenue for our clients.
  • Manage and execute small and large scale projects such as high profile trade missions, matchmaking sessions, partner searches for clients, etc.
  • Occasional travel to attend trade fairs, trade missions and events.
  • Administrative activities such as invoicing, scanning and sharing receipts with the company accountant, procuring office supplies
  • Regular activities such as phone calls, emailing and keeping CRM up to date

 

The position

  • 3–5 days per week (24-40 hours/week)
  • 1 year contract with the aim to extend this to indefinite contract
  • Onboarding with seniors and country managers

Your profile

  • 2–3 years commercial or business development experience
  • Available 3–5 days per week (24-40 hours/week)
  • Must speak professional level of Dutch and English
  • Preferably, speak a 3rd and 4th language as well (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Affinity with international business
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and assertive
  • Work precisely and independently
  • Has experience in managing projects or accounts
  • Able to work on location from our headquarters in Rotterdam
