WHAT DOES A JUNIOR DO AT TRANSFER?
During this internship, you will be involved with multiple tasks and projects within the organization, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Work directly with our Country Managers
  • Business development activities focus on prospecting in foreign markets.
  • Supporting companies in their commercial development abroad.
  • Making appointments, managing customer relations.
  • Conducting market studies to analyse competition, target groups, sales channels, etc. (both desk and field research).
  • Assistance to the teams in charge of commercial activities, which include working with colleagues in our offices around the world.
  • The co-organization of trade missions in collaboration with embassies, ministries and sectoral organizations.
  • Possible travel with the team to participate in trade fairs, trade missions and events.

 

THE INTERNSHIP

  • Full time work (40hrs/week)
  • 5-6 months internship
  • Close guidance and support from our senior consultants
  • Standard monetary compensation + bonus (internship level)
  • A work laptop and other equipment needed to conduct your work
  • Daily lunch provided at the office

CONDITIONS

  • Currently pursuing university studies (WO/HBO level for Dutch students).
  • Available full time (40hrs/week)
  • Must speak professional level English + another language(preference goes to someone that also speaks Dutch, German, or French)
  • Affinity with international business

  • Can work independently and precise, as well as in a team setting
